        Nearest Deal is a reference and connection platform only. We help users discover listings,
        receive alerts, and connect with other users. We do not own, inspect, verify, certify,
        endorse, broker, buy, sell, ship, store, guarantee, or insure the goods or services listed
        on the platform.
      

1. No Responsibility for Products or Services

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, condition, authenticity, origin, title, usefulness, merchantability, fitness, or value of any item or service posted on the platform. Any statement, image, description, category, rating, or price shown in a listing is supplied by a user or third party and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or false.

2. No Responsibility for Users or Encounters

We do not guarantee the identity, character, background, honesty, intentions, or reliability of any person using the platform. Any in-person meeting, communication, exchange, negotiation, payment, delivery, pickup, or other interaction is solely between the users involved and is done entirely at their own risk.

3. Fraud, Cybercrime, and Financial Loss

Fraudsters, scammers, cyber criminals, impersonators, and dishonest actors may use this or any other online platform to deceive, steal, manipulate, or defraud users.
