How To Delete Your Data

Nearest Deal lets users manage and remove their own account data from inside the mobile app. Follow the steps below from the profile section. If you still need help, use the support form on this page.

Delete Your Data From The App

    Open the Nearest Deal app Sign in using the account whose data you want to manage or delete.

    Go to Account or Profile Tap the account icon from the bottom navigation or open the account menu from the top area of the app.

    Open Settings or Profile Settings Inside your account area, open the page where your profile details and account controls are shown.
  4. 4
    Select Delete Account or Delete My Data Follow the prompts shown in the app. You may be asked to confirm your identity or confirm the action before deletion is completed.

    Confirm the deletion request After confirmation, your account and related data will be scheduled for deletion according to our internal retention and legal compliance requirements.
What may be deleted: account profile information, listing information, saved alerts, preferences, and related in-app user data, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, or dispute-retention requirements.
Important: some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, billing records, or enforcement of our policies.
